Hey everyone!

You know how the vibe in tech has gotten all wonky, and the results and innovation are stagnating too? I’m here to fix that!

It’s my view that we should use this era of great change to reimagine work and make it awesome.

I’m running a pilot of a team program I built called Unlearn & Reimagine School, and I’m looking for 2–3 teams to go through it with me.

Here’s the deal: most teams aren’t stuck because they lack a strategy. They’re stuck because they’re running on fear-based habits, inherited assumptions, and invisible beliefs about what’s possible. You can hand a team a new roadmap — but if the humans carrying it haven’t shifted, the old OS just runs the new plan.

This is an 8-week program where individuals do the deep inner work (clearing the fear patterns and thought loops quietly slowing everything down) while the team simultaneously maps where they are now and builds a shared vision of where they want to go.
You leave with: a current state journey map, a future state vision, and a team that’s actually moved — not just aligned on paper.

It’s not therapy. It’s not generic L&D. It’s the human layer that makes transformation stick — and nobody else is building it quite this way.

Drop a comment or DM me if you lead a team that’s been running on friction longer than you’d like.
