Newly diagnosed, my partner has taken on so much to help me, what can I do to ease his load?

Hi,

Like I said recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I wonder fiance helps me so much. What can I do to make my life easier and his life easier? I tried to cook our lunch and dinner every night and I usually do. I’m a good cook so he really appreciates this. Is there anything else I can do to make his life easier and show him thanks? I organise dates (cost effective at the moment until pip is re reviewed and I am hopefully receiving a higher amount). Draw and make him things but I want to do some thing nicr for him and just take some of the weight off of him

Weight management (long post)

Hey everyone.

I’ve recently been diagnosed, I’m a 29 year old trans man who has PCOS and fibro. I also have CPTSD.

I was taking monjauro up until about 2 months ago. I believe it helped my symptoms a lot. But my stomach was fermenting food and making me sick, I’m hopeful going to try and go back on a lower dose.

I also have a torn knee ligament injury, up until November when this happened I was in the gym 3 times a week even if it was light exercises.

My weight for me impacts my symptoms. I was around 18st and I’m not 14 stone but still have a while to go.

Can anyone offer any advice if they’re in a similar situation? Feeling so fed up
