I'm a recent graduate from IIM I, who's currently working in data analytics (a role that I bagged during final placements). I've also cleared CFA L2, and have a decent CGPA (top 10 percent) at IIM.

Unfortunately wasn't able to get finance shortlists during placements due to a (relatively) low UG CGPA.

How do I go about breaking into front office IB roles? I'm not particular about working only in JPMC, MS or GS - would be delighted to work in smaller shops like Avendus, O3, Ambit, Jeffries, Lincoln, DC Advisories, etc.

Would appreciate any advice from folks here.
