I have roughly 30k set aside and ready to buy ETFs like VGRO. I felt weird buying the whole amount at once so I've only bought a third of it so far. I've been continually watching the price for about a month or two now and it always seems to be at or near a 1 month high so it feels like a bad time to buy more.

I think I may be dumb for trying to time the market. But I also figure trump is bound to do something stupid soon enough for me to buy at a minor dip (or you know, just a usual market dip). Should I buy or wait?
