So my account compromised right but idk how to fix the thing and if I get norton or mcafee vpn security app will that fix my problem ? I know it’s compromised because I can’t even sign out my account, my settings being changed on there own and only let me change certain things like I can’t access all my settings like im on parental control type of thing. Can I get some advice please?
So I called 1800myapple when they answered they slipped up so i called 1800myapple but Whoever is rerouting my calls answered, atleast thats what I think, and said

They hung up instantly so I called again this time they entertained me a convo with me on the call for a little bit then hung up again out of nowhere! So I think its tag mobile playing and they a scam! Here’s why!
So when I signed up for a free iPhone XR I was approved through the California lifeline program because I get food stamps. Tag mobile approved me right but connected my iPhone XR and disconnected my previous service provider because I transferred my old service provider truconnect to TagMobile. So I can keep the same phone number. They approved me and transferred my service from truconnect to tag mobile so I can keep the same number. I had to port out and they asked for my pin to my truconnect service and everything and they had my phone connected for a couple of days before I ever even shipped it out!
Tag mobile connected the iPhone XR and kept it for a couple of days before they even shipped it out to me. I mean when they connected the iPhone XR i mean they put in the SIM card connected the service with the same phone number and they installed a vpn before the iPhone XR ever reached my hands. So the iPhone XR tag mobile sent me been weird. When I go to restrictions and privacy it says :: “ a profile is restricting you “ when I click more info it takes me to the tag mobile vpn they installed! And where the sign out button for the Apple account is clear and I cant press sign out and on the bottom of the sign out button it says:” you can’t sign out because a profile is restricting you.”
So how do I fix my iPhone XR? Is tag mobile likely the culprit or can it be my 2nd baby mother because I clicked on a link she sent me and my id disappeared and she tech smart and it can be her because her brother a hacker like he does the coding thing and all that.
i personally know nothing about hacking but my son told me he does all that hacking and shit like that. So who can it be? She also has tag mobile and she knows all my information like all of it my i.d. number dob ssn. so what you guys think?

I know my iPhone XR is hacked there is a vpn i cant remove I’ve tried it to remove it came back. so I cant get the official number to equifax, transunion, or experian it gives me about six or seven different numbers for each credit bureau this is ridiculous just one account has numbers and emails I haven’t had access to in years. My 2nd bm has a brother that can hack shit and send phishing links all that I no longer have access to both number and email and I try to change it but I need to send confirmation to the number and email i no longer have access too. I need to contact them asap i was in jail when all this credit, benefits, what ever else was used. l know it has to do with my second baby’s mom because she the only one who knew all my information and she kept my identification before I went to jail. She picked the rest of property from jail so she had my phone Samsung galaxy note 10 plus.
Even before that shes always had my information even before I went to jail. She knew my id number, social security number and everything in between. She a known scammer the feds came asking questions that she was being investigated for the EDD fraud and welfare fraud because of unreported income and the welfare and Edd says it was both the max she coulda got for both so she known for being a scammer. She was getting my benefits and I was in jail. This is all while I was in jail they still don’t believe my identity has been stolen which is crazy i was in jail for two years and I know she was using my info and she was sending people in to get the money from the check cashing place.
I know because I heard from people we both know and I still can’t prove my identity was stolen crazy right? How im in jail but cant prove my identity was used and stolen knowing she has my info and she’s testified against me so she can be in program. She sent me a link and my dumb ass clicked on it now she got my new id because it disappeared soon as I finished clicking the link I had took pics both front and back now it’s nowhere to be found on my phone!! She still has the nerve to say it’s my fault she said I shoulda’t have went that route that she wanted to send it one my people crazy she sayin it’s my fault for slipping up. She went to court on me pointed me out and said that I did something.
This bitch set me up to get killed and almost succeeded. I damn near died from blood loss. I’ve been scammed my iPhone XR is hacked and everything and I know that my calls are being rerouted by a vpn tag mobile installed and they connected my phone and canceled my previous line before I ever received the phone before they sent it out Tagmobile had it for a couple days so they connected the iPhone with my same number and they deny everything.
my phone i have lockdown on and advance protection on but i looked it up and it said as long as that vpn is on there it doesn’t matter they still can watch and access personal info and it won’t let me sign out of my Apple account because it says im being blocked by a profile and when I click more info it goes to the vpn and management and shows the profile is tag mobile.
I called the Apple Store and it redirected me to apple supposedly but I don’t trust it because ive called 1800myapple before and they slipped up and said they was AT&T. So this iPhone when I dial redirects me to a different number I saw an ad on youtube and went to sign up for a free iPhone XR and I sign up because of the California lifeline and I switched my previous provider truconnect to tag mobile to keep the same number.
So California lifeline means I get benefits. I get food stamps/snap so I got approved. So be careful with TagMobile they are a scam and they know it ive called customer support and said not possible to have remote access but they do so beware. And what should I do ??? Help me!! I called apple 1800MYAPPLE Right and they said they were AT&T I’m like wthelly I called 1800MYAPPLE how is this AT&T and they hung up on me and I called Apple again and again hung up. so I don’t even trust my iphone I swear I can’t make this up.
On the apple support app the customer service representative said they scheduled a call to me and she can see i was connected with apple support by phone. im like no im not on the phone with apple support by phone im only on the app.
I was like what the hell and they have a different number on file for my apple iCloud account so what should I do ? is my iphone compromised/hacked?
