I'm up in Canada where Rover recently changed to a tiered service charge depending on how much money the client has spent. Before that I saw there was a way to lock in rates for clients but now that seems to have disappeared. I had to increase many of my rates with the new system but I don't want to penalize a few clients that are already at the upper tier. Rover's search function shows how to do it on the old system but not on the new. It is still possible?
