I’ve been creating short podcast-style clips on healthcare topics with a twist—two AI characters, Jeff (the curious crow) and Cera (a nurse), talking about things like compassion fatigue. I’m putting effort into blending real emotional stories with useful info. The issue? I get a few views, but most people drop off after a couple of seconds. I’d love your input on what might help—whether it’s pacing, how I open, or how the characters come across. Any tips on keeping people engaged would mean a lot! These podcast-like videos are meant for Lebanese healthcare providers, to raise engagement and access for a good cause, this is just to say If I am being a little specific it is not to promote it, but rather to get genuine, Specific, and tailored answers!
I don't want to display my face, finding people in my country to talk about these topics live is difficult that's why i am going for a seemingly fun/imformative approach with 3D characters podcasting!
Thank you for your help!

I am writing this as I am going to sleep. I made an app called Cedarwellness, Lebanon based that helps connect users and professionals, help users find institutions, and helps them broadcast urgent rewuests such as blood donations or need for unavailable meds.

It is not a business in the sense of a business, these services are needed in my country, and as a nurse i firmly believe in what I'm doing because of all the struggles I've witnessed first hand, thus all are free! The app is for free!

A month of promotion, and i only have a single professional on board, today out of desperation i went door to door to pharmacis near me telling them about it and most sounded very interested... yet more than 12h later and not a single follower on ig nor a single new user!

...

I have no idea what I did wrong, and have no idea what to do next! I will maintain this for a single year, may of next year will be the decision to either pull the plug or not.

...

Yet I want to fight for something I believe in!

Any advice?

Any words of encouragement?

Any thing that might give me hope?
