I built a shareable "how to work with me" page for consultants and contractors — free, no signup wall
The problem: most teams take months to actually learn how to work together (if ever) — communication preferences, focus hours, feedback styles, pet peeves. None of that's on a resume or LinkedIn, but all of it shapes whether the work goes well.
What it is: you answer a handful of short questions about how you communicate, focus, and learn. You pick what's public. You get a shareable link (e.g. https://persona.bio/p/chrismalek) you can hand to a new team on day one.
Who it's for: consultants, contractors, freelancers, and anyone who joins new teams more than once a year and is tired of paying the rapport tax over and over.
Cost: free for personal use. Paid tiers (custom URL, multiple personas, domain sharing) are in development but the free tier stays free.
