Hellooo Last year, I started the process and completed the corresponding payment. At that time, I had an appointment scheduled for July 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Mexico city, but I was unable to attend and did not resume the process until now.
Currently, when I check my account, the status appears as Current Status
Appointment, but when I try to reschedule the appointment, the system indicates System is busy. Please try again later, and it has been showing this message for several days.
I also see the option to send documents to an address in Querétaro. Therefore, I would like to know which would be the best option in my case:
- Continue with the current application and keep trying to schedule a new appointment.
- Send the documents directly to the indicated address.
- Start a new application from the beginning, considering that the original process began in July of last year.
