The Green Knight Collector's Edition comes in a really beautiful book case, but the disk itself is wedged onto a triangle of plastic that doesn't "push in" or flex (like a DVD case usually would) to make it easy to release the disk.
I tried to gently lift it out with the side notch and it flexed and cracked from the center. Never broken a disk before, this seems like design flaw. I tried contacting A24 support about just buying a replacement disk instead of purchasing the whole Collector's Edition again, but I haven't heard anything back. I feel really bad because this isn't even my movie, it came from my friend's collection. I was just borrowing it and I didn't expect it to crack so easily! Has anyone else experienced this? Am I just really bad at taking out a disk?
