I am having severe posterior right sided rib pain, and I need any and all tips and tricks. I have seen multiple chiropractors, massage therapists, been to physio and it’s all just very temporary fixes. I am 28 weeks and have been noticing this since about 20 weeks ish.

Baby is sitting low so I don’t think this is a ‘foot stuck in my ribs’ situation. I am struggling, so miserable and it’s getting really hard to be at work because the only time I’m not in pain is when I’m working out? I’m thinking because I’m constantly moving/stretching.
