I’ve been on Spiro 100mg for a couple of months and it has helped my face a lot. But I’m still having body breakouts and nothing seems to work. I’ve tried benzoyl peroxide washes, Salicylic acid washes, azaelic acid topicals, nizoral shampoo as a wash. Some things seem like they are working for a few days and then I have another flair. This affects my back, chest and upper arms and it’s often small red breakouts that turn into whiteheads.

Anyone else have this happen or ideas on what I can try??
