Renting a boat on Salina? No license

My family of 4 is interested in renting a small boat (with no license required) during our stay in Salina (June 4-7).

Does anyone have any experience with this? Are you able to visit any villages and dock a boat for lunch? Last summer we rented a boat from Corfu and they made it so easy to stop at a specific village and we were also able to anchor at any place and swim off the boat. Would this also be the case from Malfa or Salina? We have decent boating experience but no license.

We are going in early season- will the water be too cold to swim?

Thanks!

Last October and November I had a landscaping company come and completely redo an overgrown backyard (last photo). They followed a landscape design that I had a designer make. The backyard had many well established plats that had just gotten out of control. The landscape basically bull dozen the yard. I brought up concerns that the plants could comeback without us actively killing them or digging up their root systems but the landscaper seemed to think it was a non issue. Now, here I am in spring and my old backyard plants are coming back thru new sod and new beds. Lots of lily of the valley and other vining plants that I will have to dig out by hand.

Should I bring this up to the landscaper that did the job? What is expected of high end landscape companies?
