Tank cycling advice

So I had a tank going but I had to move. Finally getting around to setting things back up after having it sit running. Got fluval stratum and some anubias filled the tank and threw in some fish food and sea chem prime. Saved some gravel and used the old filter to jump start the bacteria growth. Its been a couple days so I tested the water. Ph is 6.5, ammonia is 0.1, nitrite is 0, and nitrate is like 20 ppm. My question is do I add more fish food? Do a water change? Wait longer and retest? My parameters are close to ready so I want to make sure to do what I need before adding fish.
