My house on Redfin is valued at over a Million but it is currently gutted. My contractor ran off with all my money and I can’t afford to finish it. Hence why I have to file. It has no floors, no working bathroom and no kitchen. The drywall is up and the rough mechanicals are in. No lighting, no finishes etc.
Will my trustee just look at the Redfin value or get an appraiser to come look at my house to see how much it is really worth?? Anyone went through this??
I paid about 800k and tried to sell it as before filing and got an offer for 600k.
