Just wondering if changed my faction name (top left) but still says nameless over my character, just wondering why that is or if there is a way to change it. Thanks folks

Massive frame drop
Hi everyone, so I was playing yesterday and the game was 100% perfect I get on today and the frame drop is huge even in the menu, have to clue what of caused this hoping someone can enlighten me, thank yous
