give one of my ships an order to deploy a nav sat between finishing exploring sector and moving on to next order

Background: the ship is exploring and finds a lock box/data vault/whatever; I tell it to ignore and at some point I'll add a order to "go and wait" at the find spot after finishing exploring, but I also want it to drop a satellite there and then move on to next order. I don't know how or if its even possible.
