The title of the job was tax preparer not "take calls at 3 am from people that barely speak English". The goal is now to make the firm look good on the balance sheet before an eventual sale. There is no carrot here only stick and fear of not being able to pay my students loans back. I'm not saying don't study accounting... Just whatever you do, don't get a masters degree. And leave leave leave public accounting lickety split!!!
