Ryomen Sukuna was born with the Shrine innate technique, and due to using Yuji Itadori's body Yuji gained the Shrine technique as well, however his seemed to function differently from Sukuna's. So since Sukuna was in Megumi's body and used it for a long time at the climax of the story, I wanted to make a unique interpretation of Shrine Megumi could use. Realistically though his interpretation of Shrine would be mostly identical to Yuji's since they both have the same concept of cooking but shhhhh...
Also Megumi probably lived the rest of his life after the story by being a normal person and leaving sorcery because his main motivation for being a sorcerer is gone(Tsumiki is dead) but I thought this would be cool so whatever man.
Megumi can manifest a thin black ring in front of his torso, or in front of his limbs. The diameter of the rings can change depending on Megumi and the amount of cursed energy put into it. These can also be formed in front of Megumi's shikigami. These rings are called Plates.
On a plate Megumi can form a black line of any shape. Afterwards he can then send out that line as an extremely very fast invisible slash called Dismantle. Dismantle can take many shapes on the plate, and Megumi can even make the lines thicker with more cursed energy to split the target further creating wider gashes and wounds.
When touching someone with his hand, he can activate Cleave. Cleave forms a black ring around his wrist similar to the plate, and instantly creates a barrage of evenly spread out slashes concentrating on the part Megumi touched. With more cursed energy poured in it can easily slice off a limb completely.
All of the slashes in both dismantle and cleave leave traces of cursed energy in the wounds they make that remain even if the wounds are healed. Then at any moment Megumi can chant “Furnace” to detonate that cursed energy. This can be used simply for extra damage, used on the ground to create hazards, or to just distract the enemy with the sudden appearance of fire.
This technique has both a maximum and a maximum output, which are intertwined together.
The maximum is called Maximum: Preparation, which creates a long line floating above and behind Megumi and follows him until Megumi gestures his hand towards his opponent, activating it. The slash that follows is actually visible, coated in bright hot flames. This is similar to world cutting slash in raw damage, but it doesn't actually target space itself (obviously). It does however have some extra burning damage.
The maximum output is Maximum Output: Served. It can only be used after preparation has been used in the battle. It summons a pitch black circle which is actually a plate completely filled with slashes. Megumi can also apply this to the ground to form the black circle on a surface. The circle has a 2 meter radius. When fired, it will launch waves of slashes causing anything hit in it to be sliced. As soon as a cut hits and deposits it's dormant cursed energy the cursed energy detonates immediately. So basically it constantly cuts targets in the way of the circle and burns them to a crisp. However this uses a lot of cursed energy surpassing Max Elephant in inefficiency.
I made the color scheme black because it's Megumi. The color black is his thing. I also made it so that most of the attacks can be delayed or activated whenever he wants to mix up opponents, because it fits Megumi's methodical strategist personality. Dealing with this would be a nightmare in Chimera Shadow Garden.
