I’ve just made the application for parental leave pay. There was no option to share with my partner in initial claim.

Will this be an option once they have assessed & approved the claim?

Should my husband make a claim now, or wait until mine is approved?

It would also only let me claim 100 days, even though i can get more? My baby will be born after 1st July, so will increase anyway - assuming these days can be altered once the claim is finalised after the birth?

Also, when doing the claim - there was only the option to claim FTBA for last or this financial year - my baby is due 1st August, so next financial year - so I didn’t click either. Can I make a separate claim for FTBA once he is born?
