Yesterday I noticed that the nails on both my hands were red. Among the accompanying symptoms, my head was a bit foggy in the evening, and when I went to bed, I felt weakness in both hands. The redness of my nails remains today, and I sometimes feel a slight shortness of breath. Can you tell me what might be wrong?
