I recently got an email from a Qualcomm recruiter asking for me to provide availability for a full day interview within the following week. I responded to the recruiter asking if they can set up a short intro call so that I can clarify the interview process and get a general idea to schedule, as I would have to take a personal day off from work and plan.

I then was directed to another recruiter.

I emailed them asking the same thing. No response yet.

In a span of 24hrs. I had 2 emails and 2 text messages asking for me to schedule, but then I get completely ghosted.

Am I missing something or is this normal?
