Hired an electrician to help with a remodel, and the only hiccup is the new Lutron dimmable light switches are only working in reverse (switch down = light on, but dimmer still goes up for brightest setting). He has now installed two of them, and both have the same issue. Is he just wiring them up incorrectly? I asked him about it and he seems not to know.
