Didn’t expect zapiekanki to become the thing I missed most about Krakow.

Thought it would just be late-night tourist food but ended up slightly obsessed with Zapiekanki by the end of the trip.

Something about standing in Kazimierz eating melted cheese and mushrooms off bread at stupid hours of the night just really works.

Still thinking about the crispy cheesy edges honestly. 😋

Sprout and Harissa Potato Hash with Sunny-Side Eggs

Tried to make a “use up what’s in the fridge” brunch and accidentally made one of the better things I’ve cooked lately.

Harissa potato hash with sprouts and soft eggs. The crispy bits at the bottom of the tray were ridiculous. 🤪
