Did hair loss permanently change the way you look at other people’s hair?
Do any other women with hair loss constantly analyze other women’s hair without even meaning to anymore?
I catch myself immediately noticing part widths, temple density, scalp visibility under bright lighting, ponytail thickness, extensions, all of it. Sometimes I see someone with insanely dense hair and think wow genetics really do play favorites. Other times I notice obvious thinning and my brain instantly jumps into they should probably get bloodwork done mode.
I genuinely think hair loss rewired my brain because hair is now one of the first things I notice about people without even trying.
