I have tried every thing. It's probably not impinchment cus I am able to move my arms around verry easily with no problems whatsoever.
BUT Aas soon as I try doing even a single knee pushup it comes back like lightning fast.ONLY AND INLY WHEN DOING PUSHUPS
I mean it's verry weird. I can do dumbbel bench press, overhead shoulder exercises and lateral raises and even side raises to an extent (I am not asking strong as I wanna be right now). It's just always in pushups. Even in income ones.
