42f. I’ve had a ribbon of maroon blood in my stool for a couple of months. Saw Gastro who scheduled me for colonoscopy in about seven weeks. I’m having so much anxiety. I know maroon means bleeding in colon, not just at rectum. Has anyone had this and it WASN’T colon cancer?? My sister in law just had her whole colon removed and it started with just blood in the stool and I’m just struggling.
