Insurance for dr mccutcheon out of state?
Dr f is sending my pituitary mri to dr mccutcheon for review. I currently don't have insurance but I will soon be applying for jobs that have insurance. How hard was it to get insurance to cover pituitary surgery with dr mccutcheon for people that are out of state?
Dr f wants me to stay on meds for now, so it's not like he's going to schedule surgery next week or next month, so I have time to get a job.
