Will they provide joining bonus if we score more than 55% or 80%??

Hi !
I completed my interview for digital at Jan 2026 (on campus) , and got the offer letter in feb 2026, when will they onboard me?
Will they onboard me within July or August?
If so, I will not be able to join due to some personal reasons.
So, I will try to reschedule the joining date.
Will they accept personal reasons to reschedule the joining date?
Then will I get the joining date as soon as possible or will it take months to onboard me again?
