I just wanted to rant. I got a fairly good score. And I didn't want to apply to lower IITs (location issue)

Now the current status is

Waitlisted at IITBHU, fucked up IITB CMInDs ms, IITD mtech ai went okay idk if I'll get selected, probably no offer from roorkee, kanpur, hyderabad. Tom is my IITB ms cse exam and i haven't studied. Same for iisc..

I know I fucked up, but is there anything that could be done now? Will I have to take a drop for a good college? What should I do?
