I have PCOS and have been trying for a baby for a while now. I got pregnant that ended in a missed mc back in the beginning of the year in 2025. I got my last menstrual period on March 7th 2026. Then proceeded to get a HSG procedure on the 16th of March 2026. It delayed my ovulation. But then spotted for about 6 days from March 28th to about April 2nd 2026. I then had sex on the 5th and 7th of April. I got my first positive pregnancy test and clear blue digital on April 20th 2026. I tested everyday before that and there was no positives not even a faint line. So the 20th is the earliest I could’ve gotten a positive. I got an ultrasound today on April 27th and it showed absolutely nothing. Please someone help me figure out how far along I am. I’m so scared that it’s ectopic or something is wrong.
