is it normal ba as a org to push tasks na hindi specialty ng officer despite having a clear cut ng kung anu-ano yung gagawin nila for the org? ang weird kasi, afaik there are differents subtypes ng officer sa isang org; executive (director, secretary, treasurer, etc.), technical (program, documentation, promotions), tapos creatives (pubmats, publications, soc-med). tapos dito sa org na ito, napupush yung tasks ng ibang officers sa officers na wala naman kinalaman sa task...?
like,, creatives shouldnt wrestle tasks na dapat executives ang naghahandle and vice versa........pero napapadalas siya super na atp parang all-rounders na officers imbis na gagawin lang nila yung tasks that theyre were meant to be doing awhabsahbhbwhaha
