I do not recommend Prince Court Medical Centre
I just have to comment this for anyone new to KL. I did use this community to find a doctor and a few recommended Prince Court. I have to be honest, they are very disorganised. I have been there 3 times and contacted them by phone many times and I have been directed to the wrong area or given wrong information each time.
I'll give an example of just my experience today. Called twice, put on hold then hung up first time, connected to wrong department second time. Called third time and asked for department number, called them and asked for a copy of my x-ray. They said they would send to my home country number and read it out. I said that's my emergency contact number. I gave them my number. They send through x-ray and its just a photo of the x-ray they took with their phone. Its missing parts of the x-ray on each side. So unprofessional. I called back and said I need a copy of the actual x-ray, waiting to hear back.
I have been to Gleneagles twice now and they're not perfect, but seem a lot better. I just have to provide this info so others may avoid these kinds of issues.
