I just want to get a sense check if this is normal.

I got a call from a recruiter yesterday to interview for a role on behalf of their client. So far, so fine.

They disclosed the employer to me, it's a NFP. Okay, fine.

They sent a link for the Teams interview but also sent a doc requesting a lot of personal information.

All fairly standard stuff once you actually have a job...address, emergency contacts etc. Weird for a first interview.

They have also asked for proof of work rights. I'm an AU citizen but don't particularly want to send a copy of my passport to some randoms who may or may not recommend me to the hiring entity.
