I have been a part-time seller on Poshmark for over 8 years, and my account was recently restricted due to canceled orders. In many cases, buyers cancel for their own personal reasons, which is out of my control. I received an email from Poshmark stating that my account would be reinstated within 24 hours, but it has now been 18 days.
I’ve reached out multiple times, and I keep receiving the same vague response saying it will be reinstated within 24 hours. It feels like a copy-and-paste reply, and nothing is actually being resolved. This situation is extremely frustrating. I have over 1,000 listings and depend on the extra income.
I’m not sure what else to do at this point and feel completely stuck. Is anyone else dealing with this issue?
