My friends and I had the pleasure of eating the buffet from Seashells Beach Restaurant in Soufrière twice over the weekend and the salad and lentils were highlights for us.
Can anyone tell me what ingredients I need to recreate the salad dressing, or how to prepare lentils to be this delicious?!
