Next game to 100% for a gamer Dad

Hey guys,

me, a dad gamer, is looking for my next game on the SteamDeck. I mostly game on the couch while watching over my sleeping toddler or for 1 to 3h before bedtime. In addition I have some time on the train while commuting and at work, or as we say "Arbeitszeitbetrug". Beautiful word.

So I've got some time on my hands to play something with full focus before going to bed, suitable for storyline or questing. And I also got some time in the other described situations, where I need to pause the game real quick and can't use headphones or speakers.

I'm almost done with my 4th playthrough of Hogwarts Legacy and close to 100% achievements. This game fits my needs almost perfectly. I can start quests and commit to the story in the time where I can put my full focus on gaming. At work I can just explore the open world and do the tedious work of collecting everything for the achievements. No need for sound or the ability to follow a dialogue for longer.

So I'm wondering what game I should take on next, with the goal of 100% completion. I'm thinking AC: Odyssey, LotR Shadow of Mordor or Witcher 3 but maybe you guys have better ideas. I'm also open to the idea of playing two games simultaneously. I've done that before with Slay the Spire in between and Oblivion in the evening. But progression was an issue there. Sometimes I hadn't had time for Oblivion for weeks straight and motivation vanished.

Cheers for any recommendations!

Previously Enjoyed Games: Hogwarts Legacy, Skyrim, Baldurs Gate 3, Anno, Civ, AC, Fell Seal, Slay the spire, Nordhold, Borderlands(not on the deck), CrusaderKings 3

Preferred Genres: RPG, Action, Strategy

Budget: none, at this point I own half of the steam catalogue and have wishlisted the other half

Other Notes: Something like Mass Effect, Fallout, Cyberpunk etc. could probably be interesting too, but I haven't tried a game with aiming on the deck
