I recently started a curatorial Instagram where I pair standout short films with popular features, imagining them as if they played before the movie in a theater.
I just shared a short that I think fans of SORRY, BABY would appreciate. It's called THE YEAR LONG BOULDER.
Though different in tone and subject matter, both films unfold in chapters over time and explore periods of life when identity is still taking shape, with friendships serving as grounding forces amid uncertainty. Set within contained, cozy homes, they use that environment to reveal the subtle ways time passes and life progresses.
