I need some help... so the manager of the dealer called me today about my Cummins that decided to catastrophically fail at only 108k... We’ve been trying to get it approved for stellantis goodwill program, but so far they’ve been rejecting it, which is complete BS.

This truck has perfectly maintained, not abused, and is my daily work truck which I desperately need! Has anyone had any luck with this process? I’ve called Chrysler directly, they said they’ve documented it, but basically they can’t help me. Is there anyone I can call that's actually important at stellantis?!

Is there anything I can do on my part? Thanks!

UPDATE:

Welp the dealer finally got back with me. 108k and the engines toast, they said it looks like something went in the engine and took out cylinder 6, no compression, and the cylinder wall is messed up. and they claim it wasn’t the grid heater bolt..

It’s all stock, with only 8k past the warranty.., the dealer asking 44k for a new engine. I’m pissed to say the least, my truck is how I make my living, I’m just trying to figure out what direction to take from here. There’s no way this engine should have failed at 108k! It’s also nothing I did, outside of basic oil changes I don’t turn a wrench on these trucks.
