Handmade square photo album

I was looking for an album for square photos,

but compared to the mini format, it was surprisingly hard to find albums or display items made for square size photos.

So I decided to make one myself!

It works both as a photo album and a display piece, which I really love. It feels practical, but also looks really nice as part of the room decor too :)

I really love the square size after recently purchasing the SQ40. I also wanted to print photos from last year's road trip, so I ended up buying the Instax Square Link too.

I am quite satisfied with the photo quality!

I recently got the Fujifilm Instax Square SQ40 and I’ve been playing around with it, and the square format just feels perfect.

The photos themselves already look so nice that they double as little decor pieces around the room.

So I started reusing everything, even the empty film boxes and the used cartridges.

The empty cartridges are actually great for storing photos. They kind of work like a tiny frame, which I didn’t expect but ended up loving.

I also tried covering the film boxes with some adhesive sheets and reused them that way.

Now I keep leftover prints inside, and it works really well!

I’m still thinking of more ways to display my photos in a beautiful way.

I'm moving soon and honestly it's stressing me out.

I have way too many hobbies, so my place is full of supplies, materials, and tools.

I also collect vintage clothes, dolls, and toys, which is not helping at all right now.

I wanted to ask something.

Have you ever felt so overwhelmed by how much stuff you own that you just donated a huge amount all at once? Even if it was worth over $1000?

And after that, did you ever regret it or miss certain items, especially the more valuable ones?

Selling everything on FB Marketplace is just exhausting me at this point!

The weather was so clear and warm today that I had to head outside and shoot right away.

It was my first time using the SQ40, and I tried both monochrome film and regular film.

Shooting outdoors is so much fun—I went through a whole pack in no time! 😆

I didn't use AI AT ALL. My English is not just perfect. 😑

Anyway I was wondering,

Not talking about big dream stuff like a house, a car, or winning the lottery, just something realistic from family or friends.

Especially for someone who prefers a minimalist lifestyle, like you guys,

What kind of gift would actually be the best birthday gift for you?
