I'm a CPA with 5 years of treasury experience. It's been a month since I started applying for accounting jobs, but I still haven’t had any luck (no interviews at all). Most job postings require experience, but how can someone gain experience if they’re not given the chance to get hired?

Also, is it too late for me to enter the audit field? I'm in my late 20s, and it has always been my dream to become an auditor in one of the Big 4 firms. Can anyone please recommend ways to improve my chances of getting hired by the Big 4?
