This is 193 UN Member States plus 2 observer states, then Kosovo and Taiwan the two unrecognised countries, Hong Kong and Macau the 2 special administrative regions in China making 199. I had to do one more flag to make 200. So I picked Bougainville because they would become independent in 1st September of 2027.
