Showing off Penis Squish

Had an ask for a video about the firmness and mobility of my penis. I haven’t done anything like this in a pretty long time (4 years apparently 😅). I’m still healing from my implant so my left testicle is stiffer and the incision area as well, but penis is as jiggly wiggly as ever!

I’ve mentioned sex in some recent posts/comments as well, and how having had abdo allows me to penetrate without an ED or sleeve. My tip is bigger than my base and the firmness is on par with a natal penis tip that’s chubbing or semi-hard. Once that’s in I’m good to go as long as I don’t pull out too far.

Notes: Abdo phalloplasty and all stages with Dr Freet from 2021-2024. Testicular implant with Dr Keith in 2026.

Its been a little bit over a month since my surgery with Dr. Keith to get Lefty put back in. First off, he's still here! and he looks fantastic! There have been a couple scares, and a couple things to take note of, but overall my mood and energy from this surgery has been positive and I cant wait to get on with the rest of my life and get tattooing finally.

Notes: I have a pinhole between my balls from my last stage that I thought was completely gone. I previously had to get silver nitrate treatment to turn the spot from a red oozing spot to the hole you see now. I hadn't seen the hole in a long time and so when it appeared again after I started stretching and could see into the crevice more, it was very concerning. It does not go through to my urethra, no fluids have come from it, and it seems to be shallow and stable. Another issue is that I have to be very mindful of friction between my balls, at least right now. I've had two instances where masturbating or having sex a bit too vigorously has resulted in rubbed raw oozing patches of skin. The first time it happened I was afraid my testicle was eroding. After the second time I was able to put it together on the cause. I hope over time that it stops being an issue as my testicles get more space to work with. Which leads to my last note. Lefty did get adhered to my scrotum pretty bad on the bottom to left side and it results in a lot of friction and rubbing and is generally unpleasant. I do massaging daily to try and fix it and it is making progress, so just a matter of time. I'm just impatient because with Righty being past this point already I know how good it can be versus how stuck it is now. But that's all the concerns I have so all in all I feel good.

I currently have no future surgery plans. Due to my surgical history and the weakness of my scrotum I am very unwilling to put that area through the stress of another surgery. What's more is that I was able to have full penetrative sex with my husband a couple weeks ago with no external aids, and that gave me all the validation in the world that I'm fine the way I am and can absolutely have fulfilling sex without going further. Full disclosure on the sex, I had abdominal phalloplasty so right out the gate my tip is firmer than RFF or ALT typically are. It is such that if the person I'm penetrating is relaxed and prepped then I can push my tip in and once that's in its like a plug and stays even through back and forth movement. I've still got a lot to learn and muscles to build up around it, but that comes with the territory of being new to sex with a dick lol. I'm happy to answer any questions around my surgeries to date or other daily life aspects. I probably wont post much more in the way of surgery updates, but I will try to post the period check-in on things I always wanted to see down the road for myself when I was preop. Cheers!
