I've been mistakenly eating gluten for 6+ months

For the last six months or so I've been eating cliff bars 2-3 times a week. Yes, I did read the ingredients for the 2 flavors I ate, no I have no clue how I missed it. I've had celiac for 7 yrs and thought I had it more or less figured out, will be more careful going forward.

Feeling very stupid right now. I also have ulcerative colitis so I think I kept blaming symptoms on that/I wasn't consistently getting sick from the bars so I didn't pick up on it? Usually when I get glutened, I am well aware, so I have no clue how I missed this for so long.

If anyone has advice, I need a new quick and (actually) safe morning breakfast option.

In addition, I'm very stressed about the fact I've been damaging my body for 6 months straight. Should I reach out to my doctor about doing any testing or is it that a waste of money?
