I never really had the occasion to practice my spoken English. Thus, even though I hold a C2 certificate my speech capabilities vanish when they are the most needed and I’m unable to - for example - order something. Also I have to put in a lot of effort in order to speak English, resulting in this, which is mediocre at best.
