F-25yr old

I’m underweight, 5’7 only 110 pounds

I don’t drink alcohol at all

I went to the ER for severe abdominal pain that lasted a week and they told me I had fatty liver, didn’t explain anything, and discharged me saying it was unrelated.

What does this mean for someone underweight? I always thought it was related to weight and diet.

I feel like my diet is pretty normal? I eat a lot of fish and chicken and actually avoid beef sometimes. I don’t understand why this happened when all the advice for this disease is “lose weight” “eat less red meat” “eat less sugar”
