My "ally" keeps vassalizing or annexing the provinces I was about to take. Is there any way to get them back without losing the alliance?

My Milan->Italy run is being helped by my bestie France, but they just diplo-vassalized two OPMs I was about to (Siena and Urbino), and now they're taking Neapolitan territory that I was about to conquer. I already had all the territory marked as strategic interest. Is there any way for me to get these territories from them without sacrificing our alliance?

The air medal is incredibly confusing, and the regulations on it seem to have changed a lot recently. What is the proper wear a mini air medal with numbers on it on a Navy uniform? Specifically a gold 1, bronze C, and bronze 3. I know they all fit on the big medal and the ribbon, but do the numbers go on the mini air medal? Thanks for the help!

What’s the best place to get medals and ribbons made? I’ve used USAMM before, they’re good but you can’t add anything to your rack if you earn new awards later. Does anyone use Ultra Thin and have good experiences with them?
