I’ve been to lots of people’s houses (I’m a pet sitter) and a significant amount don’t seem to have any tissue boxes around. What do they do if they need to blow their nose?

Edit: thank you for the answers. I guess I didn’t know not everyone needs to blow their nose as often. I have my question answered so please don’t be condescending!
