So was re-visiting some childhood games, and apparently i lost the lottery with poorer compatibility with some of them with Dolphin, requiring special setting configuration to get a good experience out of it.
But those special configurations also mess up other games
is there a way to save my configurations as a pre-set to then load back up on a per game basis, or do I need to manually set these config settings each time I want to switch games
