I have tried many variants of can settings,but nothing changed. What i can do?

Edit: my car is Touareg 2005 , and swc working via can bus . Frame including in it raise can bus, which doesn't has my car model in model list , i have tried other models and non of them working

Legion pro 5 16afr10 , Windows 11 pro lite , bought 1.5 month ago. Second suprise :( - the first was that it once had restarted , and after 9 days ... I had read about problems with sound ant etc.... what can you say guys ? :/
